Role Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in mathematics, statistics or marketing is preferred
  • Experience in building an enterprise data architecture that is scalable and sustainable
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, statistics, and data modelling
  • Experience using statistical computer languages like R, Python, SQL, etc. to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Willing to learn and master new technologies and techniques
  • Experience analysing data from third-party providers like Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, AdWords, Facebook Insights, is a plus
  • Creative presentation skills for packaging analytics in a simple and actionable way
  • Good communication skills to share analyses with marketing teams and leadership
  • Have had some working knowledge of the following: SEO/SEM/PPC Management, SMM/SMO

Role Responsibilities 

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 

  • Analyse sales funnel through analytics of marketing activities, operations, and sales activities
  • Maintain, Analyse and generate insights through in-house developed CRM
  • Gather Feedback from customers on sales team performance and approach.
  • Analyse and generate insights about sales and marketing through ERP
  • Use PPC marketing to track the prospect and lead life cycle
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, function and regional heads and improve marketing and sales performance
  • Identify and evaluate trade portals required for lead generation
  • Market research about clients and generate a customer mapping insight for the sales team
